Rahul Malhotra, Founder and CEO

A visionary in global capital markets with over 17 years of global experience  and the driving force behind our IPO advisory engine. With a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, deep market intuition, and cross-border financial expertise, Rahul brings both structure and soul to our mission of taking Indian businesses public in the United States.

Rahul's journey began in 2008, when he stepped into the dynamic world of equity research and client advisory with one of India’s top broking firms. His early exposure to frontline markets and investor sentiment laid the foundation for a career that would defy geographic boundaries.

By 2011, he had transitioned into international finance, immersing himself in cross-border structuring and capital syndication for mid-market enterprises. His ability to simplify regulatory complexity and align investor interest with issuer ambition quickly earned him a reputation as a trusted dealmaker. Whether working with U.S. lawyers on SEC filings or guiding first-time founders through the nuances of valuation, Rahul became known for turning paperwork into progress.

In 2015, Rahul began advising Indian companies on U.S. listings, long before it became a mainstream strategy. What started as bespoke advisory soon evolved into a full-fledged platform for IPO readiness, fundraising, and SEC qualification.

Beyond his technical edge, Rahul strategically helps translating financial jargon into strategic vision. He has a gift for spotting capital inefficiencies and bridging them with investor demand, often before others see the opportunity.

Today, Rahul leads our pre-IPO strategy, investor onboarding, and founder advisory verticals. His role is not just operational, it’s inspirational. He thrives in the white space where regulation meets ambition, and where private potential is transformed into public opportunity.

When he’s not architecting listings, Rahul mentors young founders, collaborates with legal innovators, and helps shape the next wave of India-to-U.S. capital flows.
